Improvements to the testsuite for JDBC

Some features that may help in aiding testsuite responses:

• Invalid conversions not explicitly being reported in testsuite.
• The testsuite does not allow individual prepared executable metadata
• The testsuite output could display converted values so the user can determine if it is passing the correct parameters.
