Log to file doesn't seem to flush until app terminates

Runnign ODBCTest with TraceToFile=true, the logfile remains locked with 0 bytes written, even when I close the only connection. It doesn't seem to flush until the app terminates.

Same behaviour with just SQuirreL/JDBC
