Publish error writing to 9.2 cluster

When trying to write to an hpcc cluster running version internal_9.0.34-rc1, with hpcc4j 9.2.12-1, the following error occurs:

this can be triggered by running DFUReadWriteTest.integrationReadWriteBackTest()

against https://alpha-vault-thor-esp.risk.regn.net:18010/

This is impacting data vault in the cloud and needs to be fixed as soon as possible.
