      Description

In the latest ECL IDE, any syntax check (F7) starts with "Checking..." (correct), then "No Errors" (possibly correct), but if there are errors they pop up AFTER "No Errors". It seems we should suppress that "No errors" message until after the check is complete and error free. This is causing some users to Submit in error because they think their code is clean and then they receive a failed workunit.
