New default value syntax not accepted for inline records

      Description

      If a record definition is defined as

      r := RECORD
        STRING f1;
        STRING f2 { DEFAULT('') };
      END;
      

      then I get an error if I supply only one field in an inline dataset using that record.

      If instead I define the record as

      r := RECORD
        STRING f1;
        STRING f2 := '';
      END;
      

      I do not
