diskaggregate,hash (Table,disk,few) leaking threads

DiskAggregate,hash is leaking with the significant consequence that it leaks it's distributor and the threads it created.
The distributor uses (configurable) 16 threads to write now and as a consequence after enough of these activity leaks, the thread build up will eventually cause a 'Resource temporarily unavailable' error.
