Global rollup deadlocks if stopped early on some slaves (e.g. via CHOOSEN)

If a global rollup is stopped by a pulling activity early, e.g. by CHOOSEN, then it could deadlock.

Normally, the next node is informed to proceed when the prev. row has rolled up it's input. When stopped, it was not ensuring that it signalled the next node.
