UNIMPLEMENTED Record count calculation for operator no_delayedselect

We are getting ‘Unimplemented record count’ error when we try to use IDL append macro (IDLExternalLinking.mac_xlinking_on_thor) in dev. If we revert to a version of IDLExternalLinking.mac_xlinking_on_thor from May 2012, code compiles with no issues. This attribute is working as expected for other builds. This is the first time I saw this error, I am not sure if it is related to platform release. Could you please look into this.
