Use the current working directory as the default git repo checkout location

This may be a regression in HPCC-29548. Currently when eclccserver compiled from git in bare-metal the repos are checked out within the home folder.

It is more correct to check them out within the current directory of the eclccserver - it prevents clashes between different eclccservers and avoids problems with disk space when the home has little memory.
