Create test cases for inplace indexes

Adapt the existing tests. At a minimum:

• Generate default, row, inplace, and inplace:lz4hc versions of the test search index.
• Have a query that checks all the data is identical
• Have a query that selects a (large) sample, counts the matches and checks that they are all consistent. (Potentially useful for comparing timings.)
