Description

Remove references instructing users to run the Kevin Bacon Tutorial from the Installing and runing book.

Also check out if the UnityLauncher.xml is also included or still needed - it has references to Ubuntu 12.04 - if no longer needed could remove the XML from the repository
possibly other unused XML files could be removed as well using this same issue.
