Description

End of life for Ubuntu 18.04 is April 30 2023. At that time we should stop supporting that OS.

Since the the release of the platform 9.0 version is a month before Ubuntu 18.04 is no longer being supported, we will not be releasing 9.,0 with Ubuntu 18.04
