Containerized Testsocket may throw in getGlobalConfigSP() and cause havoc

CONTAINERIZED testsocket may throw in:
getGlobalConfigSP()->getPropTree("expert")
which would cause it to no longer work properly.
Since testsocket is not a full/real/component some config initialization may not have taken place so ignore the throw and continue on
