Add logging to Dali filesDeprecatedUser injection

Lisa Frates reported a lot of "WARNING: Missing credentials, injecting deprecated filesdefaultuser" messages in the Dali logfile, but is unable to determine which component is sending a getPermissions() request without credentials.  
Need to log the rest of the context, which is the resource name whose permissions are being requested
