Added timing info to DFU WU list in ECL Watch
Description
It should be possible to see DFU workunit job timing.
I suspect the service 1st needs to support returning this information, and then EclWatch should be enhance, it would also be useful to enhance daliadmin so dfu workunits can be listed with timings.
