Form for published Queries in ECL Watch don't display

Open a query from the list and select any of the tabs and the forms fail to display. Instead, a nested copy of ECL watch appears.

The older version of ECL Watch (Tech Preview Off) also fails to show forms. 

Accessing the query using WsECL via 8002 continues to work as expected.
