Extended state info (e.g. block by persist info) not show on workunit details page

When a workunit is blocked, extra meta info. is sometimes recorded to provide info as to why.
e.g. when a workunit is blocked because it is waiting for a persist lock, it sets this meta info to "Waiting for persist xxxxxx"
This is encode in the workunit attribute @stateEx.

I thought it used to be displayed in the workunit details page, but it's not there/no longer there.
