Add build option to use address sanitizer

Add build option for ASAN address sanitizer, with, at least for now, suppresion for known peripheral leaky components (esdl-xml, hidl, configen).

They can be worked on independently at some point, but building with this allows a much faster leak checker an address checker to run on engine + core code.
