Remove any internal ip caching

    Description

      This may apply outside esp, but ips cannot be cached because they are ephemeral - e.g. roxie clusters may be brought up and down.

      We need to work through all the code searching for places where SocketEndpoint and IpAddress are used in persistent structures and change them so that hostnames are preserved instead.
