Can't download file contents in tech preview

    Description

      I tried to download the contents of a file (flat file containing 17 rows) in CSV format and received the error:

      Request failed for global transaction 'HGwY53278Dn7ehUZKWNY2v'. Check log files for more information.

      I can download the file if I switch back out of the tech preview.

      Which logs do you need to see?
