ECL Watch 9 should be graying out unavailable tabs like Graph on logical files

When looking at logical files, is there ever an instance where a user would look at Graphs? 

I'm not sure I've seen Graphs as being available to view in the existing ECL Watch.  

I think the Graph tab as well as all other unavailable tab should probably be grayed out for Logical files.
