Failed to retrieve Query Associated Files for imported WU after restarting cloud HPCC

Inside a cloud environment:

1. Import an ECL WU from a WU ZAP report.
2. ECLWatch shows a list of Query Associated Files (cpp or hpp) in the ECL WU Helpers page.
3. Click one of those files. ECLWatch shows the content of the file.
4. Restart the HPCC and there is no Query Associated File (cpp or hpp) in the ECL WU Helpers page.
