Review access modes (particurlalry tbd*) in other (than Thor) engines and elsewhere

As part of changes for HPCC-27446, Thor's access mode use cases have been changed to fit their role (e.g. KJ using randomRead), so that Thor will now pick the appropriate plane alias if one is available.

The access mode's used in hthor, roxie and elsewhere need to be reviewed and changed.
