Investigate stripping debug info from the docker image

An initial estimate suggests that stripping debug information from the docker image could save a large chunk of the size.
Using strip on the shared objects reduced the size significantly (by ~75%).

NOTE: My Release build also seems to be large, so I don' t know if it is also including debug information, or if strip removes extra.
