EXISTS(PROJECT(file/index, TRANSFORM(SKIP))) can lose the filter

A filter or count on a projected index/file may filter the results because it contains a SKIP.

This was sometimes not being picked up - causing the filter to be ignored.

It only affected 2 existing queries: klogemann61a/b - which could have resulted in blank results, and jake40 1/2/good which could cause some edit distance checks to be skipped.
