Visualization Bundle not installing using Version 8.x

Using any version of the 8.x Client Tools, I am unable to install the Visualization bundle.
The bundle installs successfully when I rollback to a Version 7 Client Tools.

https://github.com/hpcc-systems/Visualizer.git cannot be parsed as a bundle
