document new remote ssl options for ecl-queries-copy and ecl-queries-copyset

There was an issue when environments were set up using TLS/SSL, when using the command lines commands to copy remote queries and querysets there was no way to tell EclWatch that the remote system required SSL to connect.

If you connect to ESP using SSL after this change it will also connect remotely using SSL.

Sometimes that may not be desired, and you can explicitly control how it connects remotely using the new options --source-ssl and --source-no-ssl.
