Major Description
In some cases, Ecl Watch gets hung displaying a logical file. I've seen this in one case, so far: where superfiles are children of superfiles. But not sure that's relevant. It's unpredictable and only happens sometimes - other times it displays the logical file Summary page OK.
I've seen failures on Firefox, Edge, Chrome browsers.
In the Developer Console, I see (transcribed):
