Dali potential int overflow caught by sanitize option, during lightweight coalescing

Debug sanitize compile option spotted an int overflow issue whilst checking the age of the store file within CLightCoalesceThread.
If the exisitng store file was old enough, a time diff was overflowing,
resulting (due to the sanitize option), in a SIGILL signal and core.
