    Description

      Running the following example

      eclccd -main demo.main@doesnotexist/xxx.git#version3 --xml

      was reporting:

      Error: Cannot locate the source code for dependency 'doesnotexist/xxx.git#version3'.  --fetchrepos not enabled

      but it should be:

      <exception category="18" code="99" msg="Cannot locate the source code for dependency &apos;doesnotexist/xxx.git#version3&apos;.  --fetchrepos not enabled" severity="5"/>

      otherwise eclccserver does not pick it up as an error, and no errors are written to the workunit.
