Need better way to get the cluster status

Using persistent storage, the files already exist. No need to copy any files. Starting hpcc cluster shows all the pods ready and running. But cannot run queries due to file lookup running on the roxie pods. Need a better way to get the status of the cluster when the file look starts and finishes so that we can start using the cluster.
