    Description

I have a minikube local container that I'm trying to start with persistent storage.  It seems that a large portion of the pods wouldn't start until I created the dropzone directory under ~/hpccdata  I'm not sure if this is an issue for docker desktop or other environments.

Also, I'm not sure if we're documenting for minikube either.

Additionally, if we do document for minikube, the entry for minikube should be:

      helm install hpcc-localfile examples/local/hpcc-localfile --set common.hostpath=/mnt/hpccdata
