Critical Description
We want spill files to be written to a local nvme disk if it is present. In azure (and probably others) this requires using a pvc that has been bound to the NVMe.
Therefore we need to ensure that all of the engines will use the path provided by the spill plane.
May want to split into 3 separate issues.
jakesmith richardkchapman I think roxie supports a spilling sort, so still relevant for that.
