Consolidate storage plane definitions

Currently storage plane definitions are split between the planes: section and the storage section. It can be confusing knowing how they relate. The proposal is to deprecate the specific daliStorage and dllStorage options:

• Allow storage planes to specify a storage class/size and implicitly create a storage class.
• Add dali/dll/log/.. labels to storage planes
• Translate the dalistorage etc. format to a planes style list, and then process it as a list within the helm templates.
• Ensure all references to the legacy definitions now refer to the planes.
