Contention copying files to k8s roxie

    Description

      Once the fix for HPCC-25845 is merged, roxie will copy files to the associated data plane in the background.  This works with problem if there is a single roxie and a single agent per channel.

      If there are multiple (e.g. the default configuration) then you get the following error:
