Auto set Thor manager/worker globalMemorySize to resource memory limits if available.

Currently, the amount of roxiemem available to the Thor manager and it's workers needs to be set manually.
It resource limits are set (e.g. workerResources.memory), it makes sense to use them, to automatically set globalMemorySize to a corresponding amount.
