Ecl run should support usernameOnly authentication

If you submit an "ecl run" command to a server that has usernameOnly authentication enabled AND omit the -u= parameter, it fails and gives this error message:

SOAP authentication error  [HTTP Status 401 Unauthorized]

The message could be friendlier.
