Archive plugin cores if opening zip file with no subfile

If the archive/zip hook is installed and <filename>.zip is opened, the plugin crashes.

That can be fixed, but I suspect the hook should only be involked if the url starts archive://  (or something similar), otherwise if esp has the file hooks enabled, it will expand all zip files that someone tries to download!
