Reorder the subject for OBT/performance test results

Currently the results of the regression suite have titles like:

HPCC TestFarm OBT RelWithDebInfo result on branch candidate-7.6.x (2019-11-10) is: PASSED

Performance Test Result on 2019-11-10 Result: PASSED

HPCC TestFarm OBT Debug result on branch candidate-7.2.x (2019-11-09) is: 1 Roxie failure

This means that the most interesting information - whether it passed or not is at the end of the line, and hidden in my normal email view.  It would be much better to have the status first.  Something like:

PASSED: OBT RelWithDebInfo on branch candidate-7.6.x (2019-11-10)

PASSED: Performance Test on 2019-11-10

FAILED: Roxie. OBT Debug on branch candidate-7.2.x (2019-11-09)
