      Description

      See HPCC-22124 for some background.

Eclwatch allows a super index to be sprayed without preserving the superfile, the result is a single index that contains all the parts (including all the TLK parts) from the subfiles of the original super file (i.e. resulting file contains multiple TLK's). i.e. the result is not a valid index file.

The Copy interface on a super index should be changed to disable the preserve super file option, so that it is always on in the case of a super index.
