Fix regression query implicitkeydistribute.ecl order inconsistency

implicitkeydistribute.ecl generates a hash distribute and consequently the order of the group aggregated results although deterministic, depend on the number of the nodes.
Fix by adding a SORT, so same regardless of number of slaves.
