frunssh error isn't very specific about which node doesn't have thorslave file

When thor is unable to start due to the init_thorslave file not existing on a node because of a bad install, the frunssh file isn't very descriptive of which node has the problem.

The message comes back:

ERROR: frunssh.cpp(85) : frunssh : [127: STDERR: /bin/sh: /opt/HPCCSystems/bin/init_thorslave: No such file or directory]

I had to use radssh and run an ls -l for that file across all the nodes to see which node didn't install the platform properly.
