    Description

      In testing fix for HPCC-20034, noticed a few problems with sasha command line.
      Firstly, sasha action=list caused the sasha server to crash.

      Problems:
      1) action=list with no other options crashes, because tree isn't loaded, only the id is wanted.
      2) SCA_GET doesn't return a count (addId not called)
      3) output format variables missing, e.g. wuid, command, state.

      • (2) caused archived workunits not to be viewable in Eclwatch.
