ECLWatch status indicators are very confusing

As I watch my work-unit progress, the new status indicators at top-right of window change, but do not seem to make any kind of sense.

When actual status is compiling, the "Compiled" icon is orange.

Then when compile is finished, all icons: "Created", "Compiled", "Executed", "Completed", are green, while the query executes, and does not change when the job is complete.

Also, the word LAYOUT in large letters keeps flashing over the icons while they update.

It might make more sense if the labels were changed to be consistent with the textual status of the job on the left:  "Created", "Compiling", "Executing", "Complete", and if the icon for the current status was highlighted.  Then I could visually see the current status, and it would be consistent between left and right.

One other minor issue is that the left and right are not synchronized – the status icons have a faster update cycle, so that the left might say compiling while the right (if it were working) might say "Executing".  This is not critical to fix, and it is nice to have the fast updating icons.
