      Description

      sudo /opt/HPCCSystems/sbin/hpcc-run.sh -a hpcc-init stop
hpcc-init stop in the cluster ...

      sudo /opt/HPCCSystems/sbin/hpcc-run.sh -a hpcc-init start
hpcc-init start in the cluster ...

The generated status message needs rewording.  It seems to be

      "${action} ${command} in the cluster"

maybe we could do something like

      "${action} ${command}ing the cluster"
