Verify workunit digital signature

Security tokens ("token") in the wuid;user;pwd format can no longer be guaranteed to be stored in workunits. Instead, a digital signature ("signature") of wuid;user will be stored, which should be used to verify the workunit's authenticity. Backward portability must be ensured to support legacy workunits
