Look at daemon/make_daemon calls in enterprise

Logtracker calls daemon(), but from Michael-Gardner

"I don't know how logtracker is used, or where it's run from. This daemon call will NOT switch the working directory to /. It also closes stdout and stderr. And there is no writeout of a pid file."

Also aceproxy has an embedded make_daemon function.  Is this correct?

Should look at these examples to check if they need modifying.
