Authorization for Log visualization is denied

I logged into 7.0 (on the 190 cluster).  I successfully logged in, but did not have access to the operations -> security tab (which is correct).  Not having access to that also prohibits me from access the Log Visualization tab as well (I get an error saying access is denied to ws_elk::GetConfigDetails).  I don't think I should need to be an admin to look at log visualization
