ESDL 2.0 missing esp processes after removal of binding

Whenever I remove a binding from one of my esp processes WsESDLConfig/ListESDLBindings does not return that process again. How are we suppose to add a binding back to the process? I think we need to return all processes to allow for add/delete/update of bindings to that process.
