Automatically destroy deployment SSH keys

Destroy the publicly available SSH key pair during the installation process. Generate environment specific random SSH keys as part of this process.

Proposal:

1. Generate keys with ssh-keygen
2. Deploy the keys using the publicly available key pair
3. Destroy the publicly available key pair
